Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused and unwashed.

Be in its original condition.

Include the original pouch and any original packaging.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged by misuse, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, SEBGHA will cover the shipping costs for the replacement or return.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return and reshipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
